  • How does managing monthly bills/premiums online work?

    For large groups, please contact your Blue Shield representative or broker. For Small Group Administrators, log in to Employer Connection . This employer portal can be used to manage online billing and payment capabilities like viewing your current invoice, making one-time payments, setting up a recurring payment schedule, and reviewing your payment history.

  • How can my employees find resources for their benefits, claims, and coverage?

    Members can register on blueshieldca.com to view their benefits, review claims, find a provider, and more. They can also reference their Member Guides or Evidence of Coverage (EOC).

Eligibility requirements

  • Is my organization eligible for group coverage through Blue Shield of California?
